Chef Zee's Berry BBQ Chicken Salad
Get in my belly, so delicious!

Ingredients:

(1) Head of-Taylor Farms Romaine Lettuce (From Sam's). I cut the salad in bite size pieces using culinary scissors for salad (spinach)

H-E-B Spinach-(handful, finely cut)

Celery- (3) stalks finely chopped

Fresh sliced strawberries

(2) Egg Land's Best Eggs-(boiled) chopped

1 cup of Sam's Rotisserie Chicken, cut in bite size pieces

Ray's No Sugar Added Original BBQ Sauce

Spices:

Red Pepper Flakes

Mrs. Dash Original- Salt Free Blend

Black Pepper

Directions:

Prep salad & berries by giving them a nice rinse in cold water. Then drain and pat dry. Have fun being fancy at home, plating this dish in your fine dining ware. You'll think you're in a restaurant, while in the comfort of your home in pajamas or whatever, while watching a great TV show.

Make sure your berries are washed cleaned & thoroughly dried, so veggies are stills crisp & crunchy at consumption.

I cut up 1 chicken breast from the rotisserie chicken in bite size pieces, on a low heat, then added Ray's No Sugar Added Original BBQ Sauce, to the chicken. I blended the sauce and meat in well.

Then topped the salad with the chicken, boiled eggs and strawberries. Then, I seasoned to taste for a little kick.

So, you just accomplished having a salad without the guilt of salad dressing, but plenty of protein. How fantastic is that?

The strawberries wakes up the flavor in the salad with a slight tart and west twist. Say hello to fun flavors in your mouth, with a focus on eating healthy. Who says, salads and eating healthy has to be boring. This is so not!

I really enjoy this salad, its so yummy, delicious, nutritious and refreshing. You can make as much of this salad as you want or as little as you want. For me, my focus is on portion control, so will make salads small & build it up with ingredients that I like to add to it.

This meal is so full of protein.
