Ya'll this Match Green Tea Coffee, will give you the energy, protein, and fiber you need to get your day started. Trust me. Do you need to focus? Do you need energy to exercise? Well, help is on the way, this natural method of drinking your coffee, without all the jitters, that caffeine can bring, at times.What a way to get something in green and protein, early in the morning or at night if you need the energy to be up for a task. I can't wait for you to try this one, out.
Matcha Green Tea Coffee
Ingredients:
HEB Classic Decaf Coffee (Medium Roast)
(1) 11oz. Premier Protein- Carmel Flavor
29cc or 2tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
29cc or 2tbsp Carrington Farms Culinary Matcha Green Tea Powder
Directions:
Brew coffee. (I normally brew my coffee in a KCup, 3 times, using fresh ground coffee, because I'm using the 4oz. size brew for a decaf coffee, so I want all my flavor, babe). Add chia seeds once coffee is brewed. Then, in a blender, add coffee,Premier Protein, and Matcha Green Tea Powder and blend until smooth.
This will yield about (2) good cups of coffee for me and will count as my breakfast because this coffee is full of protein. What a way, to start the day!
(Optional)
I normally, microwave the mixture for little heat, so my coffee is nice and hot at consumption. Yes, wake me up to something warm and good for me. Come thru, good coffee. My hug in a mug. Y'all, feel me.....

Oh yeah, fun fact: I drink decaf coffee after it was recommended by my doctor, to avoid dehydration. Guess what! With this little recipe, I don't even miss that full fledge caffeine, anymore.
