| Strawberry Chicken Summer Salad This is so good Meal prepped ahead of time |
Ingredients:
H-E-B Garden Salad Blend (consists of iceberg lettuce, red cabbage and carrots) I cut the salad in bite size pieces using culinary scissors for salad (spinach)
H-E-B Spinach-(handful, finely cut)
Celery- (3) stalks finely chopped
Fresh sliced strawberries
(2) Egg Land's Best Eggs-(boiled)
(1) Cucumber, marinated in cilantro lime salad dressing
(1) 12.5oz Can of Member's Mark Chicken Breast.Shredded Chicken (canned)
After prepping salad & berries, I like to use a restaurant style salad container, for esthetic look & fancy experience while dining in at home. You'll think you're in a restaurant, while in the comfort of your home in pajamas while watching a great TV show.
Make sure your berries are washed cleaned & thoroughly dried, so veggies are stills crisp & crunchy at consumption.
I added the shredded chicken on top of lettuce, then topped with eggs and strawberries.
The strawberries wakes up the flavor in the salad with a slight tart and west twist. Say hello to fun flavors in your mouth, with a focus on eating healthy.
I really enjoy this salad, its so yummy, delicious, nutritious and refreshing. You can make as much of this salad as you want or as little as you want. For me, my focus is on portion control, so will make salads small & build it up with ingredients that I like to add to it.
